How Meditation Can Strengthen Your Relationships: Insights from PEACE Grantee Christopher May

Our Professor and PEACE Grantee Christopher May, in collaboration with the Mind & Life Institute and a fellow researcher Marieke van Vugt, led a research which reveals that the benefits of meditation extend beyond personal well-being to positively impact romantic relationships.
“Meditation teaches us to stay present and approach emotions with non-judgment, which naturally enhances how we relate to others,” Professor May explains.
