Dr. Menno Rol
My research focus lies on the relationship between abstract social theory and concrete applications of theory such as policy making; scientific concept development; merits and demerits of theoretical unification; merits and demerits of economic modelling; the relationship between idealisation and abstraction, and the relationship between economics and the other social sciences.
