Ph.D Physics

I use and implement computer algorithms including machine learning models to study biochemical/biophysical reactions in proteins. These interactions include ligand-protein binding, DNA-protein interactions, proton and electron transfer, photosynthesis, laser alignment of protein and imaging proteins with free electron lasers.
