Y.A. de Vries

I completed my PhD at the Interdisciplinary Center Psychopathology and Emotion regulation (ICPE) at the University Medical Center Groningen in 2018. During my PhD, I investigated bias in the literature regarding psychiatric treatments and the possibilities for predicting response to treatment. After my PhD, I did research on the development of comorbidity between mental disorders across the life course as a researcher and lecturer in the Department of Developmental Psychology (RUG). I currently work as a researcher at the Child Study Center (Accare, University Medical Center Groningen), where I perform research into (pharmacotherapeutic) treatment and epidemiologic research regarding the development of mental disorders.
