Stefan Berger is an Associate Professor at the Department of Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior at the University of Groningen. He is also associated with the University of St. Gallen and the University of Bern, where he holds lecturer positions. His research is focused on modern organizational and team structures, leadership, and organizational change, which he usually studies by applying multilevel and/or dynamic theories and methods. Stefan Berger’s teaching covers a broad range of topics in the areas of human resource management, organizational behavior, and research methods, and he has experience in teaching at the Bachelor, Master, and Executive levels.
