mr. dr. M.R. (Mark) Beuker
General information
Mark Beuker performs doctrinal and interdisciplinary reserach in the field of notarial law, with a primary focus on inheritance law. He is an editor of the 'Tijdschrift Erfrecht' (Journal of Inheritance Law), coordinator of a handbook on estate settlement and author of multiple publications.
He defended his PhD thesis in 2022. This study was about imperative succession law and was financed by the Dutch NWO research talent programme for talented, upcoming researchers.
Beuker was visiting researcher at the University of Cambridge and completed masters in accountancy, legal research (cum laude) and notarial law (cum laude).
