My educational background highlights a conglomerate of interests in the fields of Organisational Psychology and Neuroscience. My Bachelor's degree was heavily focused on business psychology and workplace dynamics, whereas my Master's revolved around the study of neuroscience - specifically, neuroanatomy and the 'neural binding problem'. As such, I like to view complex behaviour through a lens of breaking it down to its smallest possible components - such as the neural mechanisms which govern it.
As a function of my professional development throughout my post-educational career, I am becoming increasingly more interested in pedagology, as well as inter-personal communication and conflict - which is also reflected in my taught courses.
