PhD Candidate
Field/Discipline
Expertise
I am researching the future of our digital past at the University of Groningen. Based at the Faculty of Arts (Groningen) and Campus Fryslân (Leeuwarden), I focus on local research to stimulate science in the North of the Netherlands. Drawing on my background as a visual artist, my goal is to build a bridge between science, culture, and society where all parties mutually reinforce each other. By working together with local communities, archives, and organizations, I hope to offer an alternative to the power of commercial technology companies when it comes to our digital legacy.
