In this course we learn students how to write applications for science and engeneering. We start with an introduction to Unix/Linux. Then, the programming language Python is discussed and finally the student learns how to apply numerical methods. In this course we work with Scientific Linux, Python, NumPy, SciPy, Matplotlib and Kmpfit (least squares fitting)
