Parking
Visitors are advised to use the Ossenmarkt public car park. After leaving the car park, cross over the nearest bridge and walk straight ahead into the Oude Boteringestraat. Take the second right turn (or third if you count the little alley) into the Broerstraat. You will find the Academy Building to your right.

There are a limited number of parking spaces at the Academy Building itself (Broerstraat 5). Would you like to park here? A reservation is required. For more information, please visit the Parking at the UG webpage.

Parking for individuals with a disability

Individuals with a disability
Two parking spaces have been reserved for individuals with a disability at the Academy Building car park.
Would you like to reserve a spot? Send an email to receptie.academie rug.nl or call 050 363 5250. When making your reservation, please indicate that you would like to reserve a disabled parking space. These are located next to the side entrance of the Academy Building. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a parking space.

Please contact the student counselors at the Student Service Centre (for students) or your manager (for UG staff) if you wish to make long-term use of one of these parking spaces.
Disability vehicles cannot access the bicycle shed. You can park these in a special area of the parking lot, marked with a blue sign that says: ‘Motorvoertuigen / bakfietsen (alleen voor medewerkers).’ Are you coming with a disability vehicle? Please contact receptie.academie rug.nl in advance or call 050 353 5250.

Entrances
The main entrance to the Academy Building is on the Broerplein, at the front of the building. The side entrance can be found on the left side of the building, towards the car park.

Lifts
There is a lift near the side entrance of the building, just past the reception desk. This lift provides access to all floors of the Academy Building and is freely accessible to all.

Toilet facilities
Wheelchair-accessible toilet facilities can be found at the following locations:
Wing 1112, ground floor: room 033B
Wing 1111, ground floor: room 0013
Wing 1111, first floor: room 0224A

Nursing mothers’ room / first-aid room / prayer room
There is a nursing mothers’ room in the basement of the building. Would you like to make use of this service? Reservations are required. Please contact receptie.academie rug.nl or 050 363 5250. You will then be given access to the calendar so that you can add your own nursing times.
There is no first-aid room in the building. Please report to the reception desk if you need help or have any questions about first-aid-related matters.
There is no prayer room in the building. The nearest prayer room is located in the University Library.
