L. (Laura) Maruster, Dr

Laura Maruster is assistant professor at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Groningen, The Netherlands. She received her MSc at the West University of Timisoara, Romania, and the PhD in Technology Management at the Eindhoven University of Technology, The Netherlands. She teaches in the areas of business processes, data mining and research methodology. Her research interests include process modelling, process mining, and healthcare networks.  Most of her research projects are executed in close collaboration with partners from industry and the (semi-)public sector.

Publications of her research can be found in leading data science and health (management) journals, like Data Mining and Knowledge Discovery, Knowledge and Information Systems, BMJ Open, IEEE Transactions on Knowledge and Data Engineering, IEEE Transactions in Biomedicine, IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management.
