Katherine’s research focuses on the social psychology of justice. She is specifically interested in the behavioral and psychological outcomes of individual and collective justice violations. These outcomes include collective behaviour, health, well-being and the overall process of resilience (of which behavioral, health and wellbeing responses can be indicators). Since 2016, she has been working on a large-scale research project looking into the impact of man-made earthquakes due to gas extraction on health, wellbeing and (collective) actions (see www.groningsperspectief.nl).
