prof. mr. dr. J.H. (Jan) Jans

Prof. Jans is appointed honory professor of Public Law at Groningen University. Until 1 November 2006 he taught EU law at the University of Amsterdam.

He is a member of the Dutch Commission on Environmental Impact Assessment and member of the editorial boards of the Journal of Environmental Law, Legal Issues of Economic Integration, Journal for European Environmental & Planning Law (JEEPL) and The Columbia Journal of European Law.
