APPS FOR DEBATE, NEGOTIATION AND SELF-DESIGNED DISCUSSION 

How to engage is a good discussion? In this project we develop apps on the basis of insights from argumentation and deliberation theory. They facilitate students to strike a right balance between cooperation and competition (criticism) in various forms of deliberation, such as "deliberative negotiation" and "deliberative debate." Next, the app enables students to experiment themselves with designing discussions. The project aims at easy to apply educational modules for high school, vocational education and university programmes.
