I.T.J. (Ingo) Bousema, MSc
Ingo Bousema (1994) is a PhD Candidate at the department of 'Spatial and Environmental Planning' in the Faculty of Spatial Sciences at the University of Groningen (RUG). He has a BSc in Human Geography (University of Utrecht) and a MSc in Spatial Planning (Radboud University). During his master's degree Ingo specialised in the field of 'Cities, Water and Climate Change'. Additionally, he studied at the University of Victoria in Canada and gained experience in practice through internships at TNO and the Municipality of The Hague. In 2020 he started his research on 'Adaptive Programme Management in Infrastructure Planning', which is centered around the question: how can governance systems deal with uncertainty? This research is part of a collaboration between the RUG and Rijkswaterstaat.
