mr. I.M. (Ilse Marije) Lambers

Ilse Marije Lambers is a PhD candidate at the University of Groningen.

She holds an LL.B. in Dutch IT law (cum laude) and an LL.M. in Dutch Private law (cum laude). During her bachelor's, she participated in the Bachelor Honours programme of the University and in her final bachelor year she worked as a student assistant in the IT law department of the University of Groningen. During her master studies, she worked as a legal assistant at a legal advice firm in Groningen and after obtaining her master's, she worked here as a legal consultant until the start of her PhD research in September 2023. Since September 2023, she has been working as a PhD candidate at the University of Groningen. Her PhD research focuses on the inheritance of digital objects.
