I. (Inna) Majoor-Kozlinska, PhD
Dr. Inna Majoor-Kozlinska is an Assistant Professor of Entrepreneurship at the University of Groningen (Netherlands). Her research focuses on entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurial identity and well-being, academic entrepreneurship, and the broader societal impacts of entrepreneurial activity. With experience across Europe—Latvia, Estonia, Finland, the UK, and the Netherlands—Dr. Majoor-Kozlinska brings rich, international and inter-disciplinary perspectives to her research.
Prior to joining the University of Groningen, she completed a joint PhD programme at the University of Turku (Finland) and the University of Tartu (Estonia). Her PhD thesis focused on evaluating the outcomes of entrepreneurship education, particularly its role in fostering entrepreneurial competencies, linking these to employment outcomes.
Recently, Inna's research has extended to entrepreneurial identity formation, especially in academic settings, where she explored how educators and researchers embrace entrepreneurial roles. Dr. Majoor-Kozlinska also investigates entrepreneurial well-being, analyzing the psychological and emotional challenges entrepreneurs face. Additionally, her work in social entrepreneurship addresses how entrepreneurial ventures create different types of impact.
