Title: Psychosocial Impacts of Small-Scale Continuous Earthquakes in Groningen (NL) on Children
This project focuses on investigating the psychosocial impacts of small-scale continuous earthquakes in Groningen, Netherlands, on children. The study employs both quantitative and qualitative methods to identify the psychosocial effects of earthquakes on children and compares the findings with similar contexts. The target groups for this research include children, youth, parents, schools, and other stakeholders.
The project aims to achieve the following objectives:

To assist people in Groningen, Netherlands, who are exposed to these earthquakes, as well as people in other countries who may face similar issues.

To provide insights into the psychosocial impacts of earthquakes on children.

To aid policymakers in developing policies for the well-being of children and for psychosocial support.

To help practitioners and organizations to better implement interventions.

To assist the media in developing effective crisis communication strategies for the well-being of children.
By achieving these objectives, the project seeks to enhance the understanding of the psychosocial impacts of earthquakes on children and to develop effective strategies for addressing these impacts.
