Evelyn Schaafsma is currently working as a project leader on a project optimalization of faculty development. This project focusses on:
(1) developing a blue print for a faculty development program (o.l.v Agnes Diemers); (2) big lecturers in medical context (o.l.v. Iris van Zuijlen); (3) feedback and assessment (competenty development) o.l.v. Inge Hovius; (4) Digital 'learn to teach' platform (o.l.v. Marco Carvalho Filho); (5) Updated version of educational leadership course (o.l.v. Bas Geboers).
Furthermore, Evelyn works towards a research design for a thesis on 'Patient partnersips in teaching and learning patient centered care'
