I am a PhD candidate in the Department of Economics, Econometrics, and Finance at the Faculty of Economics and Business.

My research area is development economics, with much of my work focusing on the following themes:

• Microsavings
• The influence of women’s control over their savings on their saving behavior
• Universal cash transfer programs
• The effect of targeted transfer programs on investment decisions

I am currently working on projects in Pakistan and Uganda.
