Bachelor programme
In the (English) Bachelor, I supervise groups of third-year students in their Bachelor thesis projects. These usually take place within my own research line, so in the area of organizational creativity.
Master programme
In the Master year, I teach the course Creativity and Innovation in Organizations. In this course I explain and discuss essential theories and recent studies in the field of creativity and innovation.
I also supervise Master's theses in the area of Work, Organizational, and Personnel Psychology. The research done in these thesis projects usually takes place within the context of my own research line and interests.
