drs. D.J.J. (Derk Jan) Heslinga

As a lecturer Derk-Jan Heslinga is active in the area of Bookkeeping (basic level and advanced), Managerial Accounting and Financial Accounting. He teaches the following courses:

- Financial Accounting for BE/FE and Accounting (this includes computer accounting);

- Bookkeeping 1b;

- Advanced bookkeeping (taxation and consolidation);

- Finanical Accounting II

- Managerial Accounting (this includes Excel).

Derk Jan Heslinga is an innovative teacher who uses advanced techniques, such as screen-captures and video, in his lectures and tutorials.

This academic year he will follow a post-master course in E-learning.

His method of screen-capture lectures has the interest of publishers and may contribute to new publications.
