I am the faculty funding officer for the faculty Behavioural and Social Sciences and have experience in applying for personal grants and consortium applications in several scientific fields and from various funding bodies (e.g., NWO, ZonMw grants, European applications). I have a research background in neurobiology and psychology, having done a PhD on the effects of stress on the brain at the UvA and postdoctoral research on the mechanisms of memory formation in Cambridge (UK) and the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, amongst others.
