Field/Discipline
Expertise
My research centres on the relationship between popular culture and global politics with a focus on imaginings of contemporary conflict and environmental concerns. Current projects include exploring the cinematic temporalities of war; imaginings of the future in climate fiction; and the rebel music scene in Northern Ireland. My teaching experience is broad, but I focus on security studies, cultural approaches to war, theories of IR, and research methods. Check out my article in International Relations: Assemblages of Conflict Termination.
