XCycle

The Horizon 2020 EU-funded XCYCLE Project will develop technologies aimed at improving active and passive detection of cyclists, systems informing both drivers and cyclists of an hazard at junctions, effective methods of presenting information in vehicles and on-site and cooperation systems aimed at reducing collisions with cyclists.

Driving Simulator

Many projects in the driving simulator, from typical traffic psychology type research (reactions to cyclists, response of different groups (old/young) to complex situations, risk acceptance, etc.) to more experimental, clinical and social research (cognitive impairments, cognitive ablities and aging, medicine in driving, peer pressure, eco-driving, momentum studies, etc.).
