Marijn Molema is professor by special appointment on ‘Regional Vitality & Dynamics’, embedded in the chair group Economic and Social History. He combines this post with his work as Programmanager at the Frisian Institute of Social Research in Leeuwarden. His research and teaching explores new methodologies that connect historical studies with policies for the development of regions within the (Northern) Netherlands.
