A.J. (Andrew) Zuidema, LLM

Andrew Zuidema is a PhD student in Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure. He studied International and European Law at the University of Groningen with an exchange at Maynooth University, graduating with an LLB in 2016. He then completed his Criminal Law Masters at the University of Groningen in 2019, with a special focus on EU Criminal Law.

Between 2017 to 2020 he conducted various research on housing law and European Politics as well as lecturing in European Political Sciences, International Law, and European Law at the University of Groningen. Since 2020 he is a PhD student at the University of Groningen conducting research on the European Public Prosecutor's Office and criminal conflict of jurisdiction resolution mechanisms
