Quality projects

As the quality coordinator of the Vocational Unit of General Practice, Anita is the local leader of the quality programma GEAR: combined evaluation and audit quality cycle. This is a national quality programme which is being implemented at all 8 Vocational Units of General Practice in the Netherlands. 

The whole quality cycle comprises twice a cycle of two and a half year. In September 2012, the first cycle started with the domains Academic Level, Learning Environment, Assessments & Evaluations, and Faculty Development. After a self-assessment of the scheme focused on these domains a two-days audit follows. Best-practices and bad-practices will be exchanged in supply and demand sessions nationally. During the last one and a half year of the quality cycle our vocational training will be used to improvement plans and evaluations of these plans.
