The Research Committee

In Oranjewijk - Living Together, Researching Together, students from the Bachelor’s program in Communication and Information Sciences conduct a door-to-door survey in the Oranjebuurt and Noorderplantsoenbuurt. The themes in the survey are developed based on input from residents and partner organizations, with representatives forming part of a research committee.

This research committee meets three times to discuss what residents consider important, to provide feedback on the survey questions, and to exchange (preliminary) results. The committee serves as a liaison among residents, students, and partner organizations, acting as a consultative body that represents both social and scientific interests. Prior to the survey, various neighborhood activities will be held to gather input on themes that are relevant to residents.
