Introductory Course on Molecular Visualisation

On November 15th, 2006, 21 RuG chemicists attended the first edition of the course 'Molecular Visualisation', organized by HPC/V. The course started with an introduction on 3D visualisation and then focussed on the widely used packages PyMOL and VMD. After the hands-on sessions, attendants viewed their 3D molecules in the Reality Cube and Reality Theatre.
