The Groningen Agreement

On 25 June 2007, Koos Duppen gave a speech for people interested in the Groningen Agreement. This is an agreement between the municipality of Groningen, the Hanze University and the University of Groningen in which it has been decided to invest jointly in innovation and knowledge infrastructure. The three parties consider the further development of the infrastructure of the city of importance for better competitiveness and for employment in the region.
The Centre for High Performance Computing and Visualisation showed the Zernike campus of the future in a 3D virtual flight.
