News: One AV Services for entire UG starting 1 January 2025

As of January 1, all audiovisual (AV) services will be consolidated under CIT. From now on, for all your AV needs, contact the central AV service of the UG.

What can AV Services do for you?

The central AV Services will provide extensive support for staff and students, including:

• Technical Support: Maintenance, standard setups, and troubleshooting in lecture halls and meeting rooms, as well as configuring and managing audiovisual equipment.
• Video and Audio Production: Producing knowledge clips, podcasts, professional videos, and animations.
• Event Support: Audiovisual assistance for UG events, including setting up equipment, staging facilities, and managing light, sound, and visuals.
• Equipment and Training: Lending cameras, microphones, and other AV equipment for personal projects. Workshops and training sessions, such as camera usage, video editing, or working with Adobe Premiere. Additional services like editing, subtitling, and file management.
