News coverage Nobel Prize for Feringa

Naturally, Nobel Laureate Ben Feringa has been in the news a lot. You can find a random pick of videos and news articles via this Faculty’s Intranet page, varying from movies of the big day, Feringa’s speech at his tribute in lecture hall 5111.0022, the broadcast of De Wereld Draait Door, to news articles published by media all over the world. Over 181,000 people heard the news via the Faculty’s Facebook page for (prospective) science students and in return 37,000 people liked the message and 250 scholars sent their congratulations.

The Nobel Prize ceremony in Stockholm took place on December 10^th, 2016 (streamed live at Nobelprize.org). The University organized a lecture and festive event beforehand. The Nobel Prize magazine published by the University can be found online.
