Night of the Nights Blaauw Observatory

Every spring we participate in the National Stargazing Days and every fall in the Nacht van de Nacht. During these public evenings, guided tours are given at the observatory. With clear weather, anyone can watch stars with the Gratama Telescope and telescopes on the observing terrace of the observatory. Furthermore, there are astronomical activities for young and old such as lectures, crafts, quizzes and the Kapteyn Mobile Planetarium. The public evenings are always accessible free of charge.
