Research questions core to the Innovation & Organization programme include the following: How do firms organize to better innovate? How does the way in which accounting and other information is available helps be (more) innovative? How do firms cooperate with other firms, customers and other organizations? When does cooperating with other firms, to jointly innovate, lead to a loss of key resources? What capabilities, routines and organizational practices must be developed to be innovative? How can information and control systems enable change processes and high-performance outcomes? Under what conditions are emerging innovative organizational forms sustainable in the long run?
