NWO Crossover call

Expression of Interest deadline: 15 November 2018

With the Crossover call , NWO funds research in public-private partnerships that is aimed at societal challenges and in which the research themes connect several top sectors. The call is open to all scientific disciplines. Broadly composed interdisciplinary consortia, consisting of researchers and public and private partners, can submit research proposals as a coherent project.

The main applicant submits the application on behalf of the project consortium. The main applicant must be a researcher at a Dutch university, NWO or KNAW institute, university of applied sciences, or a research institute recognized by NWO.

A minimum of €5 million and a maximum of €10 million NWO funding can be requested for each project. The co-financiers of the consortium should jointly contribute at least 30% of the total project budget, of which at least half in cash.

From 14 September it will be possible to submit an Expressions of Interest in ISAAC. T he deadline for submitting Expressions of Interest is 15 November 2018, at 14:00 hours CE(S)T. The deadline for submitting full proposals is 21 May 2019, at 14:00 hours CE(S)T.
