This is the introduction for the new first year PhD students in the Faculty of Arts. The event provides information about:
- The structure of the Graduate School for the Humanities, and its position in the research structure of the Faculty of Arts
- The role of the PhD candidate and the supervisory team
- The research topics undertaken by the new PhDs
- The role of the PhD council
- The structure of the training program
A further purpose of the meeting is to introduce new PhD candidates to each other, as well as to more senior PhD candidates in the graduate school.
