Personality and self-system as the risk/protective factors of health-related behavior in early adolescence

Samenvatting:

Main aim of this project is to explore different forms of health-related behaviour (smoking drinking, cannabis use, and lack of physical activity) and their association with several psychosocial factors in the early adolescence. From the psychosocial factors, we would like to explore especially different aspects of self (cognitive, affective, and behavioural) in the connection with other psychological variables (personality and mental health) and the way mentioned variables influence different types of health-related behaviour.
