Roberta Zambrini

Roberta Zambrini

Roberta Zambrini is a researcher at the Institute for Cross-Disciplinary Physics and Complex Systems (IFISC) in Spain. She holds a a Physics degree from Università degli Studi di Milano (Italy, 1999) and Ph.D. in Physics from UIB (Spain, 2003). She contributed to the field of emergent phenomena in quantum out-of-equilibrium systems.

In the last 5 years she started a research line in quantum machine learning, and in particular in reservoir computing. She has published about 100 papers and has lead EU, national and regional projects. She has supervised 4 PhD (and 4 are in progress) and several master thesis. She has a large experience in managing and editorial positions, at present for the Spanish Research Agency (AEI) and as DAE of PRL.
