The conference will be hosted in the Forum Groningen, right in the city center of Groningen. It is within twenty minutes walking distance from the central station of Groningen, but there are also bus connections. Release conditions accommodation
The hotel will automatically release unsold bedrooms as per the below attrition:

• 30 days prior to arrival: 25% of the unsold bedrooms will be released.
• 14 days prior to arrival: 50% of the unsold bedrooms will be released.
• 7 days prior to arrival: 100% of the unsold bedrooms will be released.
