Indoor Localization and Navigation of Mobile Robots with Multimodal Sensor Systems
In order to improve the localization accuracy and application range of indoor mobile robots, the purpose of this research is to propose a new real-time localization and navigation system for mobile robots. The night vision camera and SLAM algorithm are used to construct a 3D map, which was detected and collected by mobile robot when moving in an unknown indoor environment. At the same time, based on the novel mems flow sensor system and 5G technology, we extend the application of multi-robots to the rescue of extremely dangerous environments.
