Control of DC Micro - Grid: a Passivity-based approach
In modern times, there is a gradual increase in demand of DC power supply due to its beneficial factors. To quote a few – increase in efficiency, safety, scalability and cost reduction. Every device connected in the DC network has its own Power/Voltage ratings. To meet these specifications on a wide variety of devices, one needs robust DC-DC voltage converters with high performance. The project aims at developing decentralized and distributed control strategies that not only aims at solving the primary objective presented earlier but are also socially acceptable. Hence, we are approaching these objectives from two different fronts. The first one being, developing multiple key control strategies that solve the physical problem. To this end, we are using Energy based control techniques.
