Part one of the e-journal Les Grandes Figures historiques dans la littérature et les arts (N°6 2017) is devoted to "Great Biographers". The introduction is written by Joanny Moulin and Hans Renders.

The magazine Biography: an Interdisciplinary Quarterly publishes each year a feature on The International Year in Review, devoted to national traditions in biography. Hans Renders and David Veltman wrote a series of articles on the biographical tradition in the Netherlands.
