Two FSE researchers awarded IAS Von Neuman Fellowship
Dr. Oliver Lorscheid and Prof.dr. Cecilia Salgado (Bernoulli Institute) have both been awarded a Von Neumann Fellowship at the Institute for Advanced Study (IAS) in Princeton.
The fellowship recognizes the significance of their work and allows them to advance their research. Both will attend the special year in Algebraic and
Geometric Combinatorics at IAS, where June Huh from Princeton University
will be the Distinguished Visiting Professor. Each year, about eight
leading mid-career mathematicians and theoretical computer scientists
receive the Von Neumann Fellowship. In total, the IAS yearly welcomes
over 250 postdoctoral researchers and scholars from around the world.
