Gratama award for George Azzopardi (CS)

The Gratama Foundation awarded George Azzopardi
Congratulations to Dr. George Azzopardi who received a Gratama Foundation grant for his project "Securing forensic evidence data with blockchain technology"! The project aims to develop Blockchain techniques that ensure the genuineness of visual data used in criminal courts against tampering by law enforcement agencies, in this way adding to our research in software intensive systems, pattern recognition and image processing. The Gratama Foundation grant is awarded to projects that contribute to teaching, pioneering research or a specific field of application.
