Reduction of PDEs and applications to geometric problems
Abstract:
In this talk, it will be presented applications of Lie symmetries and the direct method for reduction of PDEs to find solutions of geometric problems such as the prescribed Ricci tensor, Einstein equations, Ricci solitons and conformally flat hypersurfaces.
