During the Public Academy for Jurisprudence on Wednesday 21 February, public prosecutor Nynke Mook will use practical examples to talk about cases in which freedom of expression has shifted to insult, defamation or even threats and how these cases are handled by the Public Prosecution Service and brought to justice. the judge.
Fred Janssens, criminal judge at the Northern Netherlands District Court, will discuss what is involved in criminal cases involving insult, defamation or threats. The Public Academy for Jurisprudence
