Master's level
Private Law
The Bachelor offers a basic education with an emphasis on issues of property, contract and liability. The Master of Private Law offers in-depth study of procedural law, private international law, personal and family law and corporate law in addition to a deepening of the undergraduate subjects.
What are the rights and obligations of parties when concluding contracts? How are property rights regulated and protected? What are the consequences of liability for damages? These are questions you will deal with in the Master of Private Law.
Notarial law
With the Center for Notarial Law at Radboud University, a Top Master of Notarial Law for the excellent notarial students at both faculties is jointly taught.
During the Master Notarial Law, you will learn to look at complex issues as a notary. In this, you will deal with matrimonial property law, registry law, tax law, personal and family law, inheritance law and corporate law.
Those who supplement the course in the Bachelor with specific additional subjects can also gain access to the legal profession, the Ministry of Justice and Security or courts of law (civil effect).
