My name is Margaret Donga and I am the head of the Office for Student Affairs (DOS). Our department is responsible for the following:

• information and advice for current and prospective students, organizing the study starters’ groups , requests to the Board of Examiners (study advisors)
• administering and organizing examinations (exam administration)
• post-graduate education
• open lectures & entrance examination
• internationalization, English-taught Bachelor’s degree programmes and English-taught Master’s degree programmes, exchange students (International Office)
• timetables, organizing teaching and the student handbooks (teaching coordinators)
• organizing Brightspace, the digital learning environment (Brightspace coordination)
• teaching evaluations and policy support (teaching policy)
• the Information Desk, for all questions relating to teaching
