It is our pleasure to announce the upcoming lunch meeting of the Groningen Centre for European Financial Services Law (GCEFSL) on Wednesday 6 November with Olha Cherednychenko. The topic of her presentation is "EU Financial Regulation, Contract Law and Sustainable Consumer Finance".
During the lunch meeting, Olha will discuss her recent book chapter on the interplay between EU financial regulation and contract law in the context of the EU's Better Regulation agenda and its sustainable development strategy. The chapter is forthcoming in E. van Schagen & S. Weatherill (eds), Better Regulation in EU Contract Law, Studies of the Oxford Institute of European and Comparative Law, Oxford: Hart Publishing, 2019.
